Terms of Service

Flayel is a project-continuity tool that stores your project context (a "Project Brain") and lets you re-inject it into AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, and Gemini. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction). Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for actions taken through your authenticated sessions, including those of the extension.

• You are responsible for the content you capture, type, upload, or save into Flayel, and you confirm you have the right to store and process it.
• You will only capture content from AI tools and web pages that you are authorized to access.
• You will keep your account secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use Flayel for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent Row-Level Security and access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the API or rate limits.
• Use the extension to capture content in violation of a third-party site's terms or another person's rights.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.

You retain ownership of all content you create or capture. You grant Flayel a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (e.g. generating formatted context blocks and computing your Ship Score). We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.

Flayel offers a Free tier and may offer paid tiers (e.g. Pro, Maxx, Founder+). Free includes a usable baseline; paid tiers add higher usage limits and advanced AI features. During promotional or competition periods, some or all paid features may be made available at no charge; this is temporary and does not entitle you to ongoing free access.

When paid plans are enabled, subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you select until cancelled. Prices and inclusions may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payment processing is handled by a third-party processor; Flayel does not store full card details.

You may stop using Flayel and delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Flayel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flayel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
